Enrollment in all PTEE programs is open to both men and women.

Returning students should contact the class facilitator or the church where the class is being held.  Students will complete and submit a Student Registration Form to the course facilitator.

New students must complete the following:

  1. Inform his or her pastor/church leader of his or her desire to study with PTEE, and give the pastor/church leader a PTEE Pastor Recommendation Form with an envelope.

The pastor/church leader should return the completed form to the student in a sealed envelope.

The on-line form may be sent via email directly to the pastor and submitted to PTEE on-line.

  1. The student completes the Student Registration Form and gives the FULLY COMPLETED Registration form and the Pastor Recommendation Form the course facilitator two weeks before the start of the class.  The facilitator will pass the forms on to the PTEE Ministry Center. On occasion, PTEE requests an interview with the student before admission.
  1. The course facilitator will advise the student of his or her acceptance.
  2. Upon acceptance, the student then will pay a basic registration fee and purchase all the books needed for the course(s) he or she will study.

Transfer of Credit from Other Institutions

Students who come to PTEE from member schools in the Middle East Association for Theological Education (MEATE) are generally accepted for PTEE studies. Credit for courses completed at the other similar institutions may be transferred upon approval. Students must submit a written request to the Dean, clearly identifying the courses to be considered, accompanied by course descriptions and syllabi.  Applicants must instruct his/her former institution to send a sealed transcript to the PTEE Ministry Center (office in Amman).  Students will then be notified of approved transfer credits.

If students have already finished an award at another accredited school and desire to study further through PTEE, PTEE will accept their certificate (if the school is accredited) and the student will work towards the next highest award offered by PTEE.

Fees and Financial Information

Students must pay the cost price of the workbook (photocopying & binding cost) and purchase any additional required textbooks. Local prices for these vary from country to country.  Students also pay a basic registration fee for each course.  The registration fee is set by each country’s National Committee.

Establishing a New PTEE Class

If no PTEE class exists in your city or area, PTEE will work with you to help establish a new class. Contact the PTEE Committee and/or Dean in your country for more details, or contact the PTEE Ministry Center in Amman at
